Payment is made in Swiss francs. Please take note of the information relating to the different payment methods.

CREDIT CARDS (PAYPAL)

Payments made via credit card are subject to validity and approval from the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorise the payment, please contact your card issuer directly to address the problem.
artegemma is not responsible for any delays or errors related to the transmission of data.

BANK TRANSFER

You may pay for your order by bank transfer to the following address:

Your order will be processed once we have received full payment of your order. If payment is not received within 3 working days of the order being placed, your order will be cancelled.

PAYMENT FEES

artegemma does not charge any fees for the above payment methods. However, please be aware that some banks and payment service providers may charge you bank transfer and currency conversion fees directly.
If you pay by credit card or any other instant payment method, the fee will be charged as soon as you place your order. If an order is cancelled (e.g. because of product unavailability), we will refund the amount back to the credit card used. Bank transfers will not be considered as confirmed until you have received an order confirmation email.
